People who think differently and connect with those around them to co-create new opportunities and leave a meaningful legacy.Role responsibilities:Processing and routing of vendor invoices and employee expenses (includes all related queries)Updating of vendor detailsCommunication with staff within the business on all levels.Perform supplier reconciliationsAssisting auditors and gathering audit documentation/reportsSupport and promote process efficiency and system improvement.Ensure internal controls and company policies are complied withMinimum requirements:Diploma/Certificate will be advantageous3+ years of experience in a similar capacityStrong accounting knowledgeExperience with MS ExcelSkills and characteristics:Successful candidate must have good communication skills and be able to take initiativeMust have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Must have ability to actively participate within a team to achieve group goals, as well as able to complete tasks independently.We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
