Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client is currently seeking a Junior Creditors Clerk to join their finance team in Fourways. Job Profile: Accurate capturing, payment allocations and coding of supplier's invoices Ensure all monthly payments are captured and submitted Creditors payments reconciled to suppliers statements Submission of banking details to include enough evidence to satisfy validity Handle payments in an organized and timely manner Qualifications & Experience: Matric (certificate required) 2 - 5 years experience Pastel Evolution (advantageous) Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Please note should the candidate meet all the requirements they will have to complete an in-house test
