Accounts Payable Assistant - Cape Town - R210KHire Resolve is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client's team in Cape Town.
This position offers a competitive salary of R210K per annum and provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development.Responsibilities:Process invoices, expense reports, and other payment requestsEnsure accurate and timely payment of invoices and expensesReview and reconcile vendor statementsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesResolve any payment discrepancies or issuesMaintain vendor files and documentationAssist with the preparation of financial reportsProvide support to the Accounts Payable team as neededRequirements:Relevant qualification in Accounting or FinanceProficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExperience: Accounts Payable Assistant: 1 year (Required).
International BPO: 1 year (Preferred).
