Job Description: Accounts Payable Assistant (BPO)Location: Cape Town, South AfricaJob Type: Full-TimeOpenings: 1Job Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices.Promptly register and process invoices in accordance with the company's procedures.Perform supplier statement reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.Ensure compliance with VAT and other relevant financial regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.Support financial reporting activities by providing necessary information and insights.Utilize Microsoft Office for data entry, tracking, and report generation.Essential Qualifications:Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.Strong understanding of VAT regulations and accounting practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage spreadsheets and data.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Experience:A minimum of 2 years and up to 15 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or financial assistance.Experience in a BPO setting is advantageous.Salary & Benefits:Salary: R10,000 - R12,500 per month, commensurate with experience.Full-time employment with opportunities for growth and development.Conducive working environment in the heart of Cape Town.Office based role Mon - Fri 8 am - 17 pmJoin Our Team!
