Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, with a strong focus on managing municipal and contractual invoices. Familiarity with MDA software and property sector experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Capture and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Load and manage payment transactions on ABSA banking systems.
Perform supplier reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.
Monthly reporting using provided templates, requiring data entry and updates.

Requirements:

Matric with relevant qualification.
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within the property industry.
Proficiency in MDA software (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly reporting deadlines.
Valid experience with ABSA payment systems is an advantage.
