Account Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 3 PM - 12 AM (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess many of the skills required by our Payroll Specialists, including excellent customer service abilities, a strong phone presence, and a keen attention to detail. The role demands a quick learner who is comfortable working with computer systems and has experience in payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships.Handle phone communications with professionalism and clarity.Maintain accurate records and manage client accounts with strong attention to detail.Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.Utilize payroll experience to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll or a similar role.Excellent customer service skills and a strong phone presence.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems.Comfortable working remotely during specified hours.Must have own laptop and stable internet speed.
