Purpose
Responsible for various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of the allocated accounts. The role will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Accounts Payable
Finance Administration
Creditors Administration
Reporting

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify invoices and expenses for accuracy and compliance with company policies, including purchase order matching.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors regarding payment-related inquiries.
Prepare weekly creditor reconciliations and process payments.
Ensure Zen has access to all required records for all transactions – PODs, diesel slips, invoices, and statements.
Assist in weekly and month-end closing processes by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Timely submit payments on the Finance App.
Manage all queries regarding orders, loads, documentation, etc. in line with company policies.
Process invoices to AMSA monthly where required.
Ensure all creditors are paid within agreed payment terms and proofs of payment are sent out.
Communicate, build, and maintain trust relationships with creditors.
File hard copy documents and store them in an easily accessible manner in line with company requirements.

Skills Required

Post Matric qualification in Finance, Accounting or Relevant.
1 – 2 years' experience in an accounts administration role.
