CVs will not be considered without this information.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Accounting Manager will include:Ensuring that monthly management accounts and reports are generated timeously.Preparing and reviewing reconciliations, schedules, and queries.Preparing financial policies and procedures.Coordinating/preparing for interim and final financial year-end audits.Performing any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the General Manager and Group Financial Executive at head office.Experience & QualificationsRequirements include:Automotive industry experience.CA qualification would be advantageous.Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in an accounting environment, along with relevant IFRS knowledge and experience.Preference will be given to applicants with a Motor Industry background.Accounting background.Knowledge of accounting practices.Knowledge of IFRS accounting practices and principles.Auditing practices and principles.Ability to analyze data.Understanding of company policies and procedures.Supervisory skills.Excellent administrative and organizational skills.Critical thinking skills.Ability to meet deadlines.Good interpersonal skills.Analytical skills.Package & RemunerationThe salary package is between R45,000 and R60,000 per month, with a car allowance of R16,626 per month, plus fuel allowance, Provident Fund, and Medical Aid fund.
