ON-SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK IN CENTURY CITYBill rate: no more than $80/hrDURATION: end of May, likely to extendPROCESS: virtual meetings - first with Jenny and then same day next with Betty.
If they pass virtual meetings, no need for onsite.PSMs: Tues 11:30 AM - 3 PM / Weds 9:30 AM - 3 PM / Betty comes in later in the day - anytime after 11, on Tues/Weds.REQUIREMENTS:3-5 years of experience preferred, but more experience is acceptable if within the bill rate.DD&C group within AFA - mixture of centers, job cost related (but experience not necessary).
Responsibilities include processing draws, reconciliations, and must have good analytical skills.Majority of work involves draws, reconciliation, processing payroll, and overhead specific to job cost, along with adhoc projects/cleanup.Systems: JDEdwards, heavy Excel usage, only 2 bank accounts for DD&C.Deisha goes on maternity leave, expectation is first week of February.
The sooner they can get in, the better for cross-training.
IT setup could take about a week but may be faster.Preference for a person willing to learn, take initiative, and be resourceful.
Self-starters are preferred over those needing guidance.Team structure of DD&C: Deisha is the sole accountant, with one Senior Accountant assisting with 25% of DD&C work.
