General accounting duties performed by an accounting firm.
A qualification or progress towards a qualification would be a benefit, but experience will be of greater importance.
Candidate must be bilingual: English and Afrikaans.
Candidate should have experience working at an accounting firm performing the following tasks independently:
Processing financial information on Pastel from source to final trial balance for multiple clients.Producing financial statements from the above.Completing and submitting on e-filing the following:VAT returnsEMP 201 returnsIT 12/IT 14 returnsEMP 501 bi-annual returnsWorkman's compensation returns.Engaging with clients as well as SARS with confidence and respect.Having a good work ethic as well as being time and production/deadline driven.Kindly forward your CV to ******.
