Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and accurate Accounting Clerk to assist in maintaining our financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
1. Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and payments.
2. Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets.
3. Reconcile bank statements and perform journal entries.
4. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
5. Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Degree /Diploma in Accounting or related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
3. Proficient in accounting software
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with financial analysis and reporting
2. Familiarity with tax laws and regulations
3. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
