Job Title: Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our clients' team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of the administrative and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customers, either in person or via phone, providing information or liaising with the responsible department.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the operationalisation of administrative and accounting activities.
Perform related tasks as requested by superiors, ensuring all duties are completed efficiently.
Ensure the preservation of the company's assets, including vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities.
Adhere strictly to all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications.
Properly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company.
Commit to the operational goals agreed upon with the client, DPO/VPO, and the Excellence Programme.
Carry out accounting activities specific to the urban distribution of beverages.
Handle deposits and bank payments in accordance with the scheduled dates and management's instructions.
Verify the accuracy of the Drivers' records and control the physical-financial accountability.
Accurately record entries in the unit's operating system.
Conduct an analysis of the transactions performed, supporting the consolidation area in calculating results.
Monitor routine management items related to financial aspects through periodic reports, striving to meet set targets.
Requirements:
Experience in an accounting or accounting clerk role.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is preferential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
