About the job Accountant (Welkom)Our client, a well-established Automotive Group Dealer, is seeking the services of an Accountant for the Welkom, Free State Area.The successful candidate will be responsible for 3 direct reports.Min Requirements3+ years Post Articles experienceMust have completed Accounting Degree and articlesMotor Dealership experience will be advantageous but is not a requirement.Managerial experience will be advantageous.Pinnacle software and Evolve experience will be advantageous but is not a requirement.Duties:Account processesFinancial analysis and reportingBudgetsCorporate governance, compliance, and auditsFinancial systems and databasesRespond to account queriesTraining and leadership of other financial employees on systems and processesBeneficial Skills:Automotive Software experienceTax Calculations is advantageousKnowledge of Motor Dealership operationsFinancial reportingCorporate GovernanceSoft Skills:Good communication and influence skillsGood interpersonal skills and customer building skillsStrong numerical skillsFinancial decision-making skillsProblem-solving skillsTeam playerTake initiative and quick thinkerAbility to work under pressureExceptional planning and organisational skills
