Salary Negotiable Min RequirementsMatric with Bcom Finance / Accounting DegreeCompleted SAIPA or SAICA Articles2 years post articles experience as an accountant Job descriptionAccounting for the Retail stores divisionOversee all financial aspects of the retail stores nationallyAccount for all financial aspects of the licencing company.Oversee 1 clerk to capture the cash book, check systems sales to bank deposits, capture creditors and manage debtors.Assist and oversee the Payroll Clerk and other staffPass journals, VAT recon, GL/payroll system recon, reconcile TBAssist in Prepare management accounts, analyse and present to the directors.Assist with the preparation of annual budget.Oversee and assist COIDA, Employment Equity/SDL, EMP501's/IRP5's, CIPC submissions.Be the key contact with auditors and SARS.Maintain fixed asset register and journalsEnsure policies, procedures, and systems are operating effectively in stores and at the head officeEnsure compliance with laws and regulations and accounting standards Apply onlineFrogg Recruitment
