!Have a valid driver's license and have a reliable carWill be required to travel to clientsHave the ability to engage professionally with clientsHave excellent attention to detailAre structured and well organised with good time management skillsBe a team playerBe a quick and eager learnerMust be willing to train junior staffMust be able to work under pressureCare passionately about great customer serviceBe computer literate, particularly MS Excel, Word, Caseware, Outlook and Sage EvolutionBe able to work without being micro managed Duties & Responsibilities You will be responsible for:Compilation of Annual Financial Statements on CasewareCompiling working papersDetailed knowledge of Evolution (capturing, bank recons, VAT, stock)Monthly processing of a portfolio of clientsCompiling monthly management accountsVAT Recons and submission of VAT returnsSubmission of IT14's and IT12'sCalculation and submission of IRP6'sManaging staff to ensure deadlines are being metDetailed knowledge of SARS e-fling a mustDealing with client's general company and accounting queries (phone and email correspondenceDesired Experience & QualificationBCom Degree with completed articlesSAIPA / SAICA (AGA) / BAP(SA) registeredCandidates with solid Caseware and Sage Evolution experience will get preference.
