Accountant Rondebosch

Responsibilities:•Management of multiple entities •Processing and reconciliation of bank statements, supplier invoices, and journal entries up to Trial balance •Preparation of monthly financial reports•Execution of online banking payments •Management and reconciliation of supplier accounts •Verification and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts •Control and reconciliation of petty cash •Management of bad debt and disbursements •Handling full creditors functions, including updating contracts and renewals •Reconciliation, control, and e-filing submission of VAT •Daily processing on Profsoft CRM system, including client maintenance and reporting •Maintenance of orderly file records •Coordination of IT tasks, insurance reviews, and renewalsRequirements: •Minimum 5 years of experience in Pastel bookkeeping •Hold an accounting diploma or higher qualification •Experience with Profsoft is advantageous •Proficient in Excel and all Office software •Fluent in spoken and written English •Possess strong accuracy and attention to detail •Effective administration and organizational abilities •Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment •Opportunity for significant career growth
