The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.Key Responsibilities:•Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.•Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.•Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.•Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.•Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.•Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.•Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.•Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals and objectives.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.•10 years of experience in accounting or finance.•CPA certification preferred but not required.•Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:•Experience with financial analysis and reporting.•Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.•Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
