Main Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare month-end reporting and financial statements.Review reconciliations and approve payments.Prepare management reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cashflows, and related notes.Perform assessments of branch trading and transactions.Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.Play a key role in monthly cashflow management, focusing on outflows.Prepare and report on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) matters.Oversee leases and WCA (Workmen's Compensation Act) related tasks.Respond to management's ad-hoc report requests.Manage BBEEE submissions and related documentation.Review and follow up on donations and samples.Perform cost reviews, analysis, and identify potential savings.Contribute to improvement projects within the finance function.Oversee quarterly and year-end reporting.Manage balance sheet reconciliations and review GL account allocations.Review journals and various schedules prepared by the team.Control and manage the cashbook, bank admin, and related processes.Contract management, including assisting with credit applications.Oversee fixed asset management and related journal preparations.Assist with finance queries and reconciliations from branches.Manage fleet and insurance administration and related reporting.Take a key role in inventory analysis.Contribute to audit processes and reporting.Requirements:Newly qualified CA (Chartered Accountant).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completenessComputer skills: Axapta, SAP, Oracle - or similar, advanced ExcelTo align and achieve the target of the companys EE plan, preference will be given to African Male/Female.
