Accountant

My client in the property management and development sector has a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Manage financial records and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recordedPrepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and recordsManaging accounts payable and accounts receivableReconciling bank statements and general ledgersReconcile accounts and prepare and analyze financial informationAssist with budget preparation and monitoringSupport the auditing process and maintain internal controlsCollaborate with seniors on financial planning and analysisStay updated on industry and regulatory changes to ensure complianceRequirements:BComm Accounting or similar qualification SAIPA Articles or 2-3 years of financial accounts processing experience Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
