Duties: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including preparing financial statements, managing the general ledger, and performing reconciliations. Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and providing insights for decision-making. Support treasury operations, including cash flow management, and assist with hedging strategies to mitigate financial risk. Participate in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and assist with internal and external audits. Analyze cost structures in mining, construction, engineering, and electricity sectors, working with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations and support strategic initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with at least 3 years of post-articles experience.
