JOB OPPORTUNITY Job Title: Accountant 2024-12-05 Location: Midrand, Clayville Job Type: Full-time Job description: Accountant An exciting opportunity for female applicants starting January 2025 Responsibilities: · Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions · Process purchase orders, invoices and payments · As a Financial Accountant, reporting directly to the Directors, your expertise will support the organization's financial stability and ensure compliance.
Cashbooks, bank reconciliations, and allocation of deposits.
Invoicing Overseeing taxation and payroll functions Managing BBBEE certification process.
Performing VAT calculations, reconciliations, submissions and payments on the cash basis.
Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers.
Trial balances and annual financial statements.
Producing monthly management accounts.
Preparing annual financial statements Assist with the external audit process.
Assist in compiling departmental budgets.
Ledger accounts reconciliations.
Maintaining the CSD database.
Completing and submitting vendor forms.
Communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Replying to all financial queries.
