Details of the offer

Key responsibilities:Financial Reporting:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.General Ledger Management:Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Post journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process and monitor vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.Oversee the collection of receivables and manage customer accounts.Bank Reconciliation:Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded and discrepancies are addressed promptly.Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to management.Tax Compliance:Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.Internal Controls:Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations and standards.Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry practices.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.Certifications: CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.Skills:Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel) and MS Office, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
