Job & Company DescriptionsA manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their finance team. As a Financial Accountant you will responsible for the following:Assist in preparing financial statements.Accurately record financial transactions in a timely manner.Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.Assist with preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.Contribute to budget preparation, forecasts, and variance analysis.Participate in inventory management and related activities.Help prepare financial reports for management review.Provide support during audits by gathering required documentation and information.Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.Stay informed on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.Support senior accountants and financial managers with daily tasks and special projects.Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Bcom in FinanceCompleted articles would be beneficialMinimum of 2 years post article experienceManufacturing industry experience is preferred
