Accountant

The successful incumbent will work together with the Finance Executive to develop and manage a functional finance team. Some duties include: Monthly profit and loss review Management accounts submission to group Assist with annual year-end pack and budgets Assist with quarterly board reports Prepare monthly reports Maintenance of fixed asset register Depreciation posting journals Calculate, reconcile and submit monthly VAT Assist with preparing monthly journals Assist with annual internal and external audits Oversight of creditors and cashbook administration Monthly stock counts Education: Completed BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting Job Experience & Skills Required: 4 to 5 years' experience in an accounting position essential Product / stock environment experience essential Strong MS Excel skills Working knowledge of VAT and Tax Good communication and relationship building skills APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
