Accountant

The role would entail a variety of responsibilities with a special focus on preparing financial statements on the accounting software Caseware as well as submitting tax returns and dealing with SARS queries.Requirements: Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 3 years of accounting experience in an auditing or accounting practice (negotiable if SAICA / SAIPA articles are signed off)Proficiency in Caseware software (non-negotiable)Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Evolution and Sage Accounting) and Microsoft OfficeExperience with SARS e-filing submissions and dealing with SARS queries (non-negotiable)This position will ideally suit a candidate, who is available immediately, open to a hybrid working environment and fluent in Afrikaans.
