Accountant

Key Responsibilities:Serve as a value-adding business partner to tenants, property management, and clients.Provide financial insights to influence key business decisions.Oversee financial processes and ensure accurate reporting to clients.Handle financial reporting, budgeting, management accounts, balance sheets, audits, and tax compliance.Requirements:Minimum of a BCom degree with Accounting III.At least 2 years of relevant working experience.Proficient in SAP, NICOR/MDA, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, tax (including VAT), and capital expenditure.Skills & Competencies:Advanced financial calculations and reporting.Excellent communication and analytical thinking.Problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.Strong customer relationship building and teamwork.Attention to detail, financial acumen, and a drive for productivity.Preferred Experience:Commercial experience is advantageous.Who You'll Work With:Internal: Financial Manager, IT, Leasing Controller, Property Manager, Accounts Payable & Receivable.External: Clients.
