Job & Company DescriptionsA leading manufacturing company is looking for an Accountant to join their vibrant finance team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:Creditors, including preparing reconciliations (assisting in full function)Debtors, including processing invoices and then performing the recovery monthly invoices (assisting with full function)Month End processesFull control of Fixed AssetsYear-end audit and preparation of the audit fileCosting and controlPreparing monthly management accountsCalculation of depreciationManaging provisions and accrualsProcessing Journals (including Payroll related journals)Preparing of payments lists and requisitionsIncome tax and vat submission (communication with the SARS to resolve any tax complication)Ad hoc duties Qualifications: Completed Finance degreeCompleted SAIPA / SAICA articles Experience:Minimum 1 - 2 years experience
