The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to handle complex financial tasks. Debtors and creditors reconciliations and collections.Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, providing support and fostering a collaborative team environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of IFRS for SME's (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local tax laws.Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
