Job Experience & Skills Required:Assist with preparing monthly accountsResponsible for following up of outstanding paymentsResponsible for entries for rebates and creditsCollection of paymentsCapturing of the necessary entries on the Debtors accountsResponsible for issuing of debtors statementsResolve all problems relating to debtors accountsRaising of disputes on key accounts of debtorsProvide weekly reports on key accounts to Finance and SalesQualifications: Completed BCom qualification2 years experience in accounting or bookkeepingExperience in drawing up and extracting the trial balance Experience:Proficiency in basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accountsAbility to assist in the preparation of financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements under supervisionBasic proficiency in Excel for tasks like data entry, simple formulas, and formatting spreadsheetsAccounts Payable and ReceivableBasic understanding of cost accounting principles and the ability to assist in cost analysis tasksAttention to DetailWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors APPLY NOW!
