The positions are based in Vereeniging, Gauteng. BCom / Accounting degree (or similar) is a necessity. Excellent experience on SAP required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing of monthly creditors reconciliationsManage imports (liaise with clearing + forwarding agents, foreign suppliers, factory personnel. Costing sheets reporting)Foreign creditor's goods receipting and invoice verificationResponsible for part of month-end journalsGeneral Ledger reconsPreparation and maintenance of monthly Management Accounts (including SAP recon, queries and trial balances)Monthly raw materials consumptionPreparation and journalizing of VAT returns and entriesDebit card administrationTransporters reconciliationsPart of quarterly and annual Financial Reporting, working closely with the auditors and the rest of the finance teamPart of the preparation of supporting information for budgetsBudget uploads to SAPKEY STRENGTHS / ABILITIESAble to work autonomously as well as part of a teamMust be energetic, active, and a go-getterAdaptive and creative to meet deadlinesHigh level of attention to detail - Strong work ethicExceptional communication skillsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCESAP experience will be an advantageBCom DegreeMinimum 2-4 years solid experience as AccountantOwn transport
