RequirementsThe ideal candidate must have at least a BCom degree or an Equivalent academic qualificationHave completed articles with a reputable accounting firmpossess a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in an accounting environmentstrong knowledge of and experience in IFRSDuties and ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Accountant will be quite extensive to ensure that the all-round accountancy duties are performed i.e.Preparing and reviewing reconciliations; focus on financial analysisEnsuring that monthly management reports are generated timeouslyAssist with management accountsSchedules and queriesPreparing financial policies and proceduresAssist with year-end functionsResponsible for handling of individual company accounts and any other ad hoc assignments / projects which will be assigned from Group Financial Executive and Company SecretaryPlease Note: If you haven't received a response within two weeks, kindly regard your application for the vacancy as unsuccessful.
