Job Summary: Join our team in Morningside, Sandton, and play a key role in managing our finances, employee engagement, and IT rollouts. As a hands-on generalist, you'll handle a wide range of tasks in a medium-sized company with 25 staff members.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Finance: Handle end-to-end financial processes, including VAT reconciliations, journal entries, and accounts payable.Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.Manage cash flow, tax forecasting, and variance analysis.Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns.Oversee sales ledger and cost recovery schedules.Manage fixed assets and payroll reconciliations.Employee Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for employee engagement issues.Interface with LabourNet for outsourced HR services.Coordinate staff welfare and entertainment events.Complete all statutory returns e.g. Equity returns/Dept of Stats returns/ Training submission to Seta.IT: Manage minor IT issues and coordinate with IT service providers as needed.Skills and Qualifications: Broad experience in finance.Honesty and integrity.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and team management abilities.Relevant qualifications in finance/accounting.Proficient in ExcelPackage (Salary and Benefits): Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from R40,000 to R70,000 total cost to company.Comprehensive benefits package can include health insurance & retirement plan that will form part of your total C2C listed above.Opportunities for professional growth and development.CFO Scorecard: Mission:

o Develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with the company's goal to achieve a R9M NPAT by 28 Feb 2027 (25% growth p/a).
o Ensure the company's financial health through rigorous cash flow management, profitability analysis, and revenue growth strategies.

o Achieve full compliance with SARS regulations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
o Implement tax efficiency strategies to maximise financial resources.
3. Financial Interpretation and Modelling:
o Interpret financial data to provide strategic insights, supporting decision-making across the company.
o Develop and refine financial models that enable the exploration of financial scenarios and guide business planning.
