Accountant

Duties will include but not be limited to:Financial ReportingBudgeting and ForecastingCost ManagementCompliance and AuditAccounts Payable and ReceivableCash Flow ManagementFinancial Analysis and AdvisorySystems and Process ImprovementTeam Collaboration and SupportRequirements:Bachelors degree preferably in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare or hospital settingStrong knowledge of financial regulations, healthcare finance, and accounting softwareExcellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailUnderstanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Advanced Excel with knowledgeExperience with hospital information systemsExperience with Accounting Information systemExperienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and practices.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
