Accountant

Duties will include but not be limited to: Financial Reporting Budgeting and Forecasting Cost Management Compliance and Audit Accounts Payable and Receivable Cash Flow Management Financial Analysis and Advisory Systems and Process Improvement Team Collaboration and Support Requirements: Bachelors degree preferably in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting Strong knowledge of financial regulations, healthcare finance, and accounting software Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Advanced Excel with knowledge Experience with hospital information systems Experience with Accounting Information system Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
