Key Job Functions Review of reconciliations Reconciliation of Expense and Balance sheet accounts Processing Month End journals Bank Reconciliations Cash Book Capturing and Processing of Invoices Process cash books Preparation of journal entries Reconciliation of general ledger accounts Compilation of management accounts, AFS and C/Flow forecasts Full Tax function, income Tax returns across the various tax types including Vat calculations and Vat returns Monthly reporting (management packs income statement, balance sheet, IT calculations) Reconciliation of IT14s Prep. of e-Filing of Emp 201s FY End, file completion and hand over to Auditors General business administration and working in a team environment for clients as needed Key Candidate Requirements BCom. Accounting SAIPA articles advantageous Min. 5 years experience in a financial services environment Experience with managing a client portfolio Self-starter, able to work independently and liaise with clients Must be able to work from home, but come into the office, or visit clients when required Experience with various accounting packages - Xero (preferable), Pastel
