If you are detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic environments, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a company's financial integrity and success.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsReconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivablePrepare financial reportsAssist in the preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecastsAssist Head of Finance in providing accurate and timely financial analysisEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standardsAssist in internal and external auditsPrepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulationsAssist in tax planning and strategy to optimize the company's tax positionPrepare monthly VAT working papers and review monthly VAT submissionsMaintain the Accounts Payable schedule in line with the supplier termsLoad payments on the bank for Head of Finance to review and releaseReconcile the bank to the ERP systemLoad and maintain accurate supplier records on systemReview purchase orders prepared by the person/department purchasing inventoryAnalyze and manage procurement costs to achieve cost savings
