We're Hiring: Intermediate Accountant & Office Administrator Love crunching numbers and keeping an office running like a dream?

What You'll Do: Accounting (70%) Keep our books in order: GL management, financial reporting, and monthly invoicing.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and debtor management.
Support payroll and tax compliance (e.g., VAT, transaction allocations).
Maintain our accounting software (Sage) and ensure accuracy across the board.
Office Admin (30%) Provide top-notch admin support: scheduling, correspondence, and procurement.
Build relationships with vendors and service providers.
Stay on top of record-keeping, filing, and overall office organization.
Education & Experience A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2-4 years in a similar accounting role, with some admin or office management exposure.
Skills Proficient in Sage, Xero, or similar accounting software.
Master multitasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communicator with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Bonus Points Experience in HR or employee onboarding.
Familiarity with tools like MS Teams or Google Workspace.
