Responsibilities:Managing the creation of invoices and purchase ordersPreparation and first review of monthly management accountsMaintaining the operating cash flow documentMaintaining schedules of goods ordered and sold (stock movement schedules)Analysis of service providers' invoicesPreparation of purchase and sales forecastsManagement of two junior accounting clerksAssisting with audit preparation and samplesOther ad hoc tasks as required
