This is an exciting opportunity for a SAIPA / SAICA articled individual to be involved in the finance and operations of this client that distributes high end liquor.Responsibilities:Managing the creation of invoices and purchase ordersPreparation and first review of monthly management accountsMaintaining the operating cash flow documentMaintaining schedules of goods ordered and sold (stock movement schedules)Analysis of service providers' invoices Preparation of purchase and sales forecastsManagement of two junior accounting clerksAssisting with audit preparation and samplesOther ad hoc tasks as requiredRequirements:Financial DegreeArticles (SAIPA) advantageMS Excel essentialPastel or NAV (Business Central) experience advantageous1-2 years' experience (even if just through SAIPA articles)Accounting/finance qualification -BCom or equivalentPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
