AccountantHead Office in Cape Town - Northern Suburbs Exciting Opportunity to Join our Dynamic Company and work within SA's No. 1 Fast Food brand!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain Fixed Asset register, new builds, revamps & scrappingTo process and reconcileDebtorsCreditors – allocation/coding (capturing done by Creditors team)Cashbook and Petty CashJournals – Monthly; Payroll; DepreciationBookkeeping up to Trial balanceManagement Accounts – preparation, corroboration & follow upVATSalary and WagesCredit cardsAssist with coordination and planning of the annual budget processMaintenance of beneficiaries list on banking systemCreating paymentsDaily bank deposits reconciliation and follow-up, cash trackingMaintain monthly audit filesFood cost corroboration & follow upREQUIREMENTS:B. CommProficient in Microsoft Office suiteFluent in EnglishValid drivers licence2-3 years bookkeeping experienceExperience in Sage EvolutionExperience with GAAP Retail Office will be advantageousExperience in the FMCG (restaurant) industry will be advantageousOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
