Accountant

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience as an Accountant.Must have completed Articles, SAIPA, SAICA or CIMA.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills, both written and verbalKey Responsibilities:Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts.Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.Coordinate with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for audits.Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
