Key Responsibilities:Processing and reconciliation of:Supplier invoicesBank statementsPetty cashReimbursementsCompany credit cardsCompany fuel cardsStock usageIntercompany loan accountsManage and execute payroll systemPreparation and submission of the companies VAT & EMP201 returnsBi-annual EMP501 reconciliation & submissionBBBEE and EE reporting requirementsPreparation of management accounts to managementPreparation of company cash flow and P&L accountsPreparing year end trail balance and provision of all relative information for year-end figures to the external accountantsStructuring, processing and archiving of data based on agreed proceduresOptimalisation of our internal financial processesVerification of internal employee hour registrationProviding alerts to the management regarding deviations from allocated budgets.Supply of information and internal advisory within the group regarding financial aspectsMaintain relations with accountants and bankVerification of internal accountsQualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in accountingSAIPA accreditation beneficialRelevant experience with Sage payroll beneficialMS Office, + Financial / ERP packagesMinimum of 3 5 years experience as an AccountantKey Attributes:ReliableAssertiveIndependent work mentalityAccurate and preciseGood social/ communication skills in EnglishResult drivenProactive approach
