Accountant/ Financial Manager

Job DescriptionSeeking a qualified Senior Accountant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity for career advancement into a Financial Manager position. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a B Com Accounting degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the moving/logistics industry.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting:Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to summarize and forecast a company's financial position.Bookkeeping:Record financial transactions, maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, and ensure that all financial data is entered correctly.Budgeting:Assist in the budgeting process by creating budgets, comparing actual financial results to budgets, and providing insights to help control costs and improve profitability.Tax Preparation and Compliance:Prepare tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and identify tax savings opportunities for the organization.Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and potential risks. This analysis helps in making informed business decisions.Auditing:Conduct internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with policies and procedures.
