Our client, a dynamic construction company based in Bela-Bela, is seeking a skilled accountant/bookkeeper to join its team.
If you have a passion for numbers, excellent administrative abilities, and fluency in Afrikaans and English, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Manage and maintain accurate financial records.Financial Administration: Ensure smooth financial operations, assisting with budgeting, reporting, and invoicing.General Administration: Handle various office operations, including documentation, filing, and data entry.Communication: Maintain excellent communication with team members and external stakeholders.Office Operations: Support the daily running of the office, ensuring all processes are efficient and organised.Meeting Attendance: Occasionally attend meetings in Bela-BelaSkills & Requirements: Strong understanding of financial operations within a business setting.Proficient in Pastel and other financial software.Advanced computer skills and ability to navigate Outlook, MS Office and more.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Fluent in Afrikaans and English.Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setup.This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company in the construction industry, contributing to both their financial health and administrative efficiency.
