Accountant / Bookkeeper required for an accounting firm based in East LondonRequirements Bcom Accounting / related qualification requiredPrevious experience working in an accounting firm advantageousPastel & Caseware experienceDuties (Duties include but are not limited to the following):Understand & adhere to financial & accounting regulations & legislationAnalyse accounting systems used by businesses to look for inaccuracies and potential improvements or error correction areasCarrying out full bookkeeping function.Attending to SARS verification and auditsPreparing and submitting IRP5's and EMP501 reconsAssisting with monthly / bi – monthly / quarterly financial & management accounts preparationAssisting with managing client expectations and deadlines.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
