Accountant / Bookkeeper

Accountant / Bookkeeper required for an accounting firm based in East London Requirements Bcom Accounting / related qualification required Previous experience working in an accounting firm advantageous Pastel & Caseware experience Duties (Duties include but are not limited to the following): Understand & adhere to financial & accounting regulations & legislation Analyse accounting systems used by businesses to look for inaccuracies and potential improvements or error correction areas Carrying out full bookkeeping function. Attending to SARS verification and audits Preparing and submitting IRP5's and EMP501 recons Assisting with monthly / bi – monthly / quarterly financial & management accounts preparation Assisting with managing client expectations and deadlines.
