Accountant-Bcom Honours (Contract)

Month-end prepared in SAP and data loaded into HFM. Cash flow prepared in HFM and related reconciliations and disclosures. Intergroup loans and balance sheet reconciliations. Loading of budget and forecast data on HFM, including disclosures and cash flows. Monthly VAT filings and tax computations. Process monthly IFRS 2, IFRS 16 & VAT journals and reconciliations. Post cashbook journals. Post staff accounts and travel journals. Preparation and submission of reports to Stats SA. Preparation and submission of reports to the South African Reserve Bank. Ad hoc reporting as requested by the finance manager. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelors' Degree in BCOMPT or BCOM with relevant experience At least 2- 3 years' experience in finance related functions. Familiar with finance systems (SAP) and Office 365. A proven ability to be part of a team effectively with diverse groups. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
