This opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:Actively generate and pursue sales leads for IT and PABX systems, identifying potential customers and building a pipeline.Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys IT and PABX products and services to provide expert consultation to clients.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the clients needs, highlighting the benefits of PABX systems and IT solutions.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client requirements and providing excellent after-sales support.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth installation, integration, and troubleshooting of PABX systems.Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings.Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into sales performance and customer feedback.Qualifications & Experience:1-2 years of sales experience in IT and PABX systems, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong IT knowledge including understanding of networking, telecommunications, and VoIP systems.Proven PABX sales experience (installation knowledge is a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to understand and translate complex technical solutions into business value for customers.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Education: Matric Certification in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
