Account Manager- Sales, Southern AfricaThe Opportunity:
Responsible for selling the company's chromatography workflow products; primary responsibility may include finding, generating, and developing new relationships to sell the company's products to end-users. Assess and demonstrate potential application of company products or services and offer solutions that meet customer needs. Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts. Creates awareness and demand for company products.
What we're looking for: Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field
Experience: 2-5 years of directly related experience selling chromatography equipment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
How you'll thrive and create an impact: Hit target for your territory for each fiscal year.Develop and maintain a territory sales plan that focuses on key accounts and sales stimulus activities including planned seminars, product shows, and mailings.Profile and penetrate key accounts by developing account profiles.Understand customer organizations by department, function, strategies, and key programs.Master the basic features and benefits of the primary products.Identify and sell into new and existing applications for Chromatography Teledyne products.Demonstrate basic operation of our products.Effectively utilize sales resources including applications engineers, channel partners, inside sales representatives, and customer service representatives.Disclaimer:
