Account Manager - Pretoria

In South Africa, we have a workforce of over 450 staff.About the roleReporting to the Branch Manager , the successful candidate will be responsible for the optimum handling of external sales. Customer satisfaction, key account client management, correct handling of invoicing as well as payments for goods received is crucial in this role.
Deliver the allocated monthly sales & gross profit budgetsManage the key accounts effectively through our CRM, SalesforcePricing levels must be maintained and adhered to within specific criteriaEnsure clients are fully appraised of all Fluidra related issues surrounding pricing, new products, skills training and point of sale materialIdentify new business opportunities and clienteleDeliver on defined business objectivesEnsure all clients orders is processed and delivered correctlyWork with the internal sales team to verify the accuracy of any orders submitted to them and also communicate out of stocks to all clients.Must be able to travel, sleep out and work weekends if and when requiredKnowledge of the trading landscape within the Pretoria region of the pool & irrigation industry will be advantageous.Work hand in hand with the Branch Manager to make targets and budgetsSee all clients in Pretoria and surrounding area as set up by management National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed) Minimum of 3 years' experience in an external sales position Experienced in key account client management Computer literate (Knowledge of Syspro or related package) Understand Microsoft Office and know how to draft reports/presentations using Excel, Word & Powerpoint Thorough and accurate Knowledge / Experience of pool equipment, irrigation and fluid handling is a must Afrikaans and English fluency in speech and literacy Must have own reliable car  Fluidra is a workplace where everyone can develop.
